Ball Physics is developed and operated by Brendan Sapp. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, collected, used, shared, retained, and protected when you use the Ball Physics Android application.

Information Processed by Ball Physics
Ball Physics does not require users to create an account and does not include a separate third-party analytics SDK for tracking user behavior.
The app stores certain information locally on your device, including:
App and simulation settings
Onboarding status
Locally cached Pro entitlement status
Temporary rewarded-access status
A limited history of graphics errors, crashes, or process exits used for diagnostics
Randomly generated diagnostic session information
This local information is stored in Android’s private application storage. It is not automatically sent to Brendan Sapp.
Ball Physics processes touch input and device gravity or motion-sensor input to provide touch and tilt controls. This input is used on the device for gameplay and is not intentionally transmitted to Brendan Sapp.
Optional Rewarded Advertising
Ball Physics uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements. Users may choose to watch rewarded advertisements in exchange for temporary access to Pro features.
Ads are not forced, and users can continue using the free version without watching them.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares certain information for advertising, analytics, measurement, and fraud-prevention purposes. Depending on the device, region, consent choices, and Google’s configuration, this information may include:
IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
Android advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers
App launches, taps, advertisement views, and other product interactions
Device characteristics and technical information
Diagnostic information such as app launch time, performance, hang rate, and energy usage
Google processes this information according to its own privacy policies and terms. Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.
Google Advertising Information
Privacy and Consent Choices
Ball Physics uses Google’s User Messaging Platform where required to present advertising and privacy choices.
Depending on your location, you may be asked to make choices regarding advertising-related storage, identifiers, personalization, and data processing. Ball Physics uses the consent state provided through Google’s User Messaging Platform when determining whether advertisements may be requested.
When required by Google, an Ad privacy choices control is available in the app so that you can review or change applicable choices.
You may also reset or delete your Android advertising ID through your device’s Android settings.
Purchases
Ball Physics uses Google Play Billing to process the optional one-time Pro purchase.
Payment information is handled by Google Play. Brendan Sapp does not receive or store your complete payment card or banking information.
The app receives purchase-related information from Google Play, including whether the Pro product is currently owned and whether a purchase is:
Completed
Pending
Acknowledged
Cancelled
Refunded
Revoked
This information is used to:
Complete purchases
Unlock or restore Pro access
Display purchase status
Prevent duplicate purchases
Respond to refunds or revoked purchases
A locally cached entitlement status may be stored on the device so previously verified Pro access can remain available temporarily when Google Play cannot be reached.
Purchase records maintained by Google are controlled by Google and may allow eligible purchases to be restored after reinstalling the app.
Feedback and Diagnostic Reports
Ball Physics provides optional feedback and diagnostic-reporting features.
A regular feedback form may allow you to voluntarily provide information such as a report type, title, description, and contact information. Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.
If Ball Physics detects a crash or graphics-rendering failure, it may ask whether you want to send a diagnostic report. Nothing is submitted to the developer unless you intentionally press the button to send the report.
A submitted diagnostic report may include:
Ball Physics version
Current scene
Graphics backend
Number of simulated balls
Physics rate and substep information
Display refresh rate
Android version and API level
Device manufacturer and model
Graphics hardware, driver, and renderer information
Whether Pro access is active
A randomly generated diagnostic session identifier
Relevant app settings and performance information
Crash, process-exit, memory, or graphics-error information
A limited history of related diagnostic events
Diagnostic reports do not intentionally include your advertising ID, precise location, contacts, files, phone number, or complete payment information.
Feedback and diagnostic reports are submitted to and processed using Google Forms. They are used to investigate problems, respond to feedback, prevent abuse, improve compatibility, and maintain Ball Physics.
How Information Is Used
Information handled through Ball Physics and its service providers may be used to:
Provide and maintain app functionality
Save settings and restore app state
Provide touch and tilt controls
Deliver optional rewarded advertisements
Grant temporary rewarded Pro access
Process and restore Pro purchases
Remember applicable privacy choices
Detect fraud and abuse
Diagnose crashes, rendering errors, and compatibility problems
Respond to feedback and support requests
Maintain and improve Ball Physics
Data Sharing
Brendan Sapp does not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared with or processed by service providers only as necessary to operate the features described in this policy. These service providers include:
Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK
Google User Messaging Platform
Google Play and Google Play Billing
Google Forms for optional feedback and diagnostic reports
Google Play services related to app distribution and operation
These providers process information according to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, enforce legal rights, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect users and the public.
Data Retention and Deletion
Settings, diagnostic history, entitlement information, and rewarded-access information stored locally remain on the device until they are replaced, cleared through Android settings, or removed by uninstalling Ball Physics.
Feedback and diagnostic reports submitted to Brendan Sapp are retained for no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to resolve an active support, security, fraud-prevention, or legal matter.
At the end of the applicable retention period, the information is deleted or anonymized.
To request deletion of information you submitted through a feedback or diagnostic report, email ballphysics.app@gmail.com.
Include enough information to identify the submission, such as its approximate date, report type, title, or relevant contents. Because diagnostic reports may be anonymous, Brendan Sapp may be unable to identify a particular report without sufficient identifying details.
Ball Physics does not create developer-operated user accounts, so there is no Ball Physics account to delete.
Information independently processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google’s applicable policies and user controls.
Security
Network transmissions initiated by Ball Physics use HTTPS with TLS encryption.
Information stored locally by the app is kept in Android’s private application storage. Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for the app.
Access to submitted feedback and diagnostic information is limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, and improve Ball Physics.
No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
Ball Physics is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in their country.
Ball Physics does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the applicable minimum age.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child submitted personal information through the app’s feedback or diagnostic features, contact ballphysics.app@gmail.com so the request can be investigated and applicable information deleted.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information submitted to Brendan Sapp.
You may:
Change available advertising choices through the app’s privacy controls
Reset or delete your advertising ID through Android settings
Clear locally stored app information through Android settings
Uninstall Ball Physics to remove locally stored app data
Contact ballphysics.app@gmail.com regarding submitted feedback or diagnostic information
Requests involving information processed independently by Google may need to be made through Google’s privacy controls.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Ball Physics changes its features, service providers, data practices, or legal obligations.
An updated policy will be published at the same publicly accessible URL and will include a revised effective date.
